RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

How to return an item

Your item must be in its original new condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email us via our contact page here to request a refund and we will assign you a Returns number.
2. We will aim to reply to your email within 1 working day. We will provide the address to return the product and the returns number
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music & software

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Delivery Charge

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 

Exchanges

If your instrument is in new condition, you may exchange it for a different instrument or a full refund within 30 days. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If you are returning goods because they have been damaged in transit you must inform us within 2 working days. This is so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem as swiftly as possible.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Providing the product is in stock. We will send them on 2-day minimum carriage delivery using the following companies below:

Smaller items will be sent Royal mail first class recorded 1-2 working days for delivery, and 1 working today to ship the product

Bigger items such as instruments, will be sent via TNT or parcel force. With next day delivery. (Providing the product is in stock).

Once you've placed an order you will be contact from our customer service team with an ETA & tracking number

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
